Experience since 2008

The team has worked in server rental since 2008. Thousands of servers and dozens of workload types have passed through our hands over that time, from small websites to loaded services and compute clusters. That experience shows in the details — which components last, which sites never let you down, and how quickly problems get solved when something goes wrong.

02

Only high-quality sites, emphasis on innovation

The locations were selected over years by trial and error: several partners were dropped after the first incidents. Today the servers sit in Tier III and higher data centers in the Netherlands, Germany, France, the United Kingdom, Poland and Canada — with redundant power and uplinks, diesel generators and round-the-clock security. The fleet is regularly refreshed with current platforms.

03

Premium Support 24x7

Support is online twenty-four hours a day, weekends and holidays included. Replies usually arrive within ten minutes, and emergencies are handled first and out of turn. We answer in Russian, English and Ukrainian, and advice on choosing a configuration is free even before you place an order.

04

Low prices

We keep prices below the market through our own hardware and direct agreements with the data centers, not by cutting corners on equipment. The price is locked at checkout and stays put for the whole rental: a year later, renewal costs exactly what the first month did. There are no hidden charges for traffic, system installation or support requests.

05

Various payment methods

Pay the way that suits you: VISA and Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay, SEPA or SWIFT bank transfer, or cryptocurrency — Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT and others through CoinPayments. Invoices are issued monthly, and payment for a longer period can be arranged on request.

How we work

We rent out our own hardware rather than reselling: the servers sit in data centres we deal with directly, and we buy and maintain the components ourselves. Two things follow that clients feel immediately. The price is lower than a reseller's because it carries no one else's markup. And a hardware question is settled in one step — we do not have to forward your request down a chain and wait.

We do not push a fixed configuration. On most plans the CPU, memory, drives, port speed and IP count are chosen at checkout, and some of it can be changed later as the project grows. That differs from "pick one of three boxes": if the workload needs four drives and a gigabit port, you pay for four drives and a gigabit port, not for the next plan up.

And we try to draw the line of responsibility honestly. Hardware, network, power and delivering the server with the system installed are on us. Whatever runs inside the operating system is on you or your administrator. We do not take on configuring someone else's software and do not advertise that we do: access is full, IP-KVM included, so you never depend on our shift.

What that means in practice
  • Direct agreements with the sites, no middlemen
  • A build for the workload, not a ready-made box
  • IP-KVM on every plan — access is always yours
  • Failed hardware replaced at our expense
  • The price is fixed for the whole rental term

Frequently asked questions

Do you resell someone else's servers?

No. The hardware is ours, hosted in data centres we work with directly. That is why we can build a non-standard configuration, change it later and be accountable for deadlines instead of forwarding your request down a chain.

What happens if the server fails?

We replace the failed component at our expense — a drive, a memory module, a power supply. Engineers are on site around the clock, so a replacement does not wait for the next business day. The data on the drives stays your concern: keep backups.

Do you help configure the server?

We deliver the server with the operating system installed and full access, and we answer questions about hardware, network and access. We do not configure software inside the system or provide administration — that is done by you or your specialist.

Can the configuration be changed after ordering?

On dedicated servers, yes: add or replace drives, increase memory, change the port speed. The work happens in an agreed window and the server reboots briefly. Virtual servers have a fixed configuration; changing plan means a new machine and migrating the data.

How fast does support reply?

Support is available around the clock, weekends included. Typical reply time is minutes; for anything requiring work in the data centre, within the engineers' shift. Write on Telegram or by email — no ticket number needed.

Did not find a matching configuration?

Describe the workload — CPU, memory, drives and network requirements — and we will build a server in the Netherlands for it, or suggest the closest option in stock.
