Is it worth it rent a server from us?

MasterServer L.L.C-FZ has been working in the server rental industry since 2008. During this time, we have acquired unique experience, selected high-quality sites, established relationships with well-known data centers and now offer our clients server equipment of exceptionally high quality.

We have various solutions, including for projects that require it requires a lot of resources, high fault tolerance and uninterrupted Internet connection.

In almost all cases, our servers come with IP-KVM (iDRAC, iRMC). This device allows you to remotely reboot the server, change BIOS and RAID settings, see the status of memory, disks and much more online.

How does the support team work?
Support is available around the clock, with no days off. Reach us via the on-site chat, a ticket from the client area, e-mail or Telegram. The average first response takes up to 10 minutes at any time of day.
Which operating systems can be installed?
Ubuntu 20.04–24.04, Debian 11–13, AlmaLinux 8 and 9, CentOS Stream 9, plus Windows Server 2019, 2022 and 2025 are available. The system is chosen at checkout and installed by us. Need another distribution? Write to us — in most cases it can be handled through IP-KVM.
Can I install my own software?
Yes. You get full root access on Linux or Administrator rights on Windows and manage the server as your own: any software, any settings, any panels.
How much does extra bandwidth cost?
The base port starts at 100 Mbit/s. On most sites it can be upgraded up to 10 Gbit — the upgrade price is shown in the configurator of the chosen server.
Which servers can be joined into a private network?
Almost all non-discounted servers in the Netherlands can be linked into a 1–10 Gbit private network. When the option is available, it appears in the server configurator.
How fast is a server delivered after payment?
Instant servers are handed over within 5 hours for orders placed during working hours with a Linux-based system; Windows takes longer. Made-to-order builds take 3 to 24 hours depending on the country and the engineers’ workload. VPS and Cloud are deployed within minutes.
What do Windows (trial-key) and RDS licenses mean?
Trial-key is an official 180-day Windows Server trial license; it can be renewed up to 6 times, the days left are shown on the server desktop. By default two users can connect to Windows simultaneously; RDS licenses add more sessions.

How can I pay for the services?
