Rules server usage

When ordering a server, you agree to the points below:

  • 1. Lawful use only. Content and activity on the server must comply with the laws of the country where the server is located and the laws of the European Union. Pirated material, fraud of any kind, sale of fake documents or weapons, drugs, malware, botnets, stealers and phishing lead to immediate blocking and deletion of the server without refund.
  • 2. No spam, no attacks. Mass mailing, port scanning, brute-force and DDoS (incoming or outgoing) are prohibited. A complaint or a listing of your IP in Spamhaus/abuse databases caused by the client leads to blocking; to unblock, the client explains the cause and the measures taken. A repeated complaint — permanent blocking without refund.
  • 3. No mining. Generating cryptocurrency on the server is prohibited. Chia mining in particular wears out disks — the server is blocked and damaged disks are not replaced.
  • 4. Delivery time. Most servers are delivered within 24 hours; GPU servers within 48 hours and only on business days (Mon–Fri). Some data centers do not process orders on weekends and holidays. Ask support for the exact time of a specific configuration.
  • 5. Traffic. When the traffic allowance of the plan is fully used, the network port is blocked until the end of the billing period or until an additional traffic package is purchased (Terms of Service 4.2).
  • 6. Payment. The service must be paid before the end of the paid period. An unpaid server is suspended and may be deleted immediately, with all data erased, without notice (Terms of Service 5.5). Minimum rental period — 1 calendar month.
  • 7. OS reinstallation. The operating system is reinstalled by support on business days during business hours, no more than twice a month. On servers with IP-KVM the client may reinstall the OS themselves.
  • 8. Your server — your responsibility. We do not configure operating systems or software, install drivers or administer the server. Monitoring, security, backups, licensing and configuration are the client’s responsibility. We are not liable for data lost through hardware failure, hacking, viruses, forgotten passwords or a damaged OS.
  • 9. Upgrades. Some data centers cannot upgrade an existing server; in that case a move to a different configuration is possible only as a new order at full price.
  • 10. Identity. We work only with identified clients. The administration may request confirmation of identity and of the purpose of the server, restrict payment methods or decline service for internal security reasons — including when registration data is inconsistent (country, anonymous e-mail, phone numbers or verification services not belonging to the client).
  • 11. No refunds for a wrong location or configuration, inability to set up the server, problems with your own software or a change of mind — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • 12. Respect. Deception, insults or abusive behaviour towards staff, and repeated breach of payment terms, are grounds to refuse service and end cooperation.
  • These rules supplement the Terms of Service and the Refund & Cancellation Policy; if they conflict, the Terms of Service prevail.
