Delivered in 2–5 hours

For orders placed during working hours, 10:00–18:00 CEST, with a Linux-based system, the server is handed over within five hours. Windows Server may take longer — installation and activation add time.

Nothing waits on the factory

Instant servers already sit in the rack, connected to network and power and tested. There is no waiting for parts to be ordered, shipped or mounted — the slow part of the job is already done.

Fixed builds

The hardware is set in advance, which is exactly why it does not need assembling. You choose the operating system and extras; for a custom configuration, look at the regular dedicated servers.

How Instant differs from a regular order

A regular dedicated server is built to order: we choose the platform, fit the drives and memory modules, rack it, test it and only then hand it over. That is the right path for a non-standard configuration, but it takes time — up to a day, and longer if a component is out of stock.

Instant works the other way round. These machines are already assembled, racked, connected to power and network and tested. They physically stand in the data centre waiting for an order. Once payment arrives, all that remains is installing the operating system and handing over access — hours, not a day.

The price of that speed is a fixed build. The CPU, motherboard and chassis are set in advance and cannot be changed: that is precisely why the server is ready. The operating system, control panel, IP count and port speed are still chosen at checkout, and memory and drives within what is already fitted in the machine.

Ready machines are kept in two locations. Pick the one closer to your audience: the latency gap between them is small, but on game projects and trading bots it shows.

What to know about fast delivery

The clock starts at payment

The countdown begins when the payment arrives, not when the order is placed. Cards and e-payments clear immediately, while a bank transfer can take a day or two — worth knowing if you need the server today.

Windows takes longer

Linux is deployed from a prepared image within minutes. Windows Server takes longer: the installation itself, updates and licence activation add hours to the total.

Ordered at night, delivered in the morning

Orders are accepted around the clock, but assembly and setup are done by the day shift. An order placed late in the evening goes into work at the start of the next business day.

Availability is limited

The list is built from servers currently free and changes during the day. If the build you wanted is gone, write to support — we will suggest the closest match or tell you when it returns.

Frequently asked questions about fast delivery

How long is the wait in practice?

Two to five hours if payment arrives during business hours, 10:00 to 18:00 CEST, and a Linux-based system is chosen. An order paid overnight reaches the engineers in the morning. Windows Server takes longer: installation and licence activation add to the time.

Why can the CPU or chassis not be changed?

Because the machine being ready is exactly what makes it fast. Changing the platform would mean stripping, rebuilding and retesting the server — the full path of a regular order. If you need a non-standard build, take a made-to-order server in the Netherlands, where the choice is wider.

What can I choose when ordering an Instant server?

The operating system from the ready list, a control panel, the number of IP addresses, the port speed and the traffic allowance. Memory and drives within what is already installed in that particular machine. All of it is stated on the plan card.

Can the configuration be changed later?

Port speed, IP count and the control panel can be changed at any time. Replacing drives or adding memory is possible but requires work in the data centre and an agreed window — the server is briefly powered down.

What if the configuration I wanted is gone?

The list is built from free machines and changes through the day. Write to support: the same configuration often frees up shortly, and if not we will suggest a similar one or build a server to order with the usual delivery time.
