← all articles

Windows Server is a paid operating system, but our customers can use a trial license - Windows Server (trial-key 180 days). When the 180-day trial license expires, the dedicated server turns off itself! If you turn it on, then after a while (about one hour) the server will turn off again. You can always see how many days are left in the lower right corner of the screen on the server desktop.

What to do if 180 days are over?

1) Ask a Windows reinstallation from our support service and buy a Windows license;

2) Ask a reinstallation the current version Windows (trial-key) from our support service. In this case, all information from drive C: will be deleted, and you will again receive a trial period for 180 days;

3) A method that allows you to renew your trial-key license up to 6 times for 180 days.
